Marketing Representative for a lively Physical Therapy office.
This job can be done in 20 - 25 hours per week
Experience with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube, etc. is required.
Sales experience is required.
A polished, professional demeanor is important because you are representing health care professionals, our Doctors of Physical Therapy.
The personality traits that work for this position are; Self-starter, high level of responsibility, strong personal moral code, honor, ability to get things done, organized, able to keep track of multiple projects, and genuine desire to help others.
Marketing Representative Job Description
1. Visiting Doctor’s Offices
Visiting doctor’s offices involves about 14 hours of driving in your own car per week. If you have a "Martha Stewart" streak you will excel in creating fun things to drop off at the doctors offices. Work can be boring, so we like to lighten up our doctor's offices. You must have your own reliable transportation. We reimburse your mileage based on a tracking device you carry with you.
2. Manage our Internet Presence and Social Media Accounts
You will be posting interesting, relevant content to our social media accounts daily. (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Our posts are all created in house. Because we like to show our personality with all of our activities, posts, videos and publications, we do not hire out any marketing activities to a company. The good news is -- we have a great, fun team who are easy to please and happy to help.
3. Handle Customer Satisfaction
The customer service, or patient relations portion of this job involves mailing welcome packets to patients, handling their requests for sponsorship at their events, and hosting in house events. When a patient refers another patient, you mail them a gift. We also mail out birthday cards that are vouchers to come in to the clinic for a birthday gift. Keeping a fresh supply of birthday gifts customized with our name and logo is also your job.
4. Our Party Planner
It will be your job to plan in-house events (pot-lucks, Staff Olympics and other contests), team building, Holiday parties, and more.
