Elite Customer Care Representative

The Elite Customer Care Representative acts as the one-on-one contact person for the elite accounts, national account managers, and field sales representatives for all customer service needs. The Elite Customer Care representative performs customer service liaison duties between account distributors and internal customers. Major Duties/Responsibilities: * Answering emails from both internal and external customers within a 1-2 hour time frame. * Handling inbound and outbound phone calls * Work with National Account Managers and Field sales Reps to provide them with the support they need. We work hand in hand to assist them in taking care of their accounts. (Spec samples, virtuals, random samples, idea generators, show specs, and work trade shows when needed) * Preparing pricing quotes, special pricing programs and special projects as needed. * Works as liaison with production to secure rushes for customers to meet event dates and work on claims and resolution with customer for one call resolution support.
