All Source Intelligence Analyst Mid level (Counter Terrorism)

Location: Crystal City, VA
Client: Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)
Duration: Long Term/Ongoing
Clearance required: Active TS/SCI clearance


Business Integra is hiring for Mid-level Intelligence Analyst for one the DIA program in Arlington, VA.

All Source Intelligence Analyst (Counter Terrorism) will leverage intelligence enterprise systems, tools, capabilities, research methods, policy, and deep, analytic, and critical thinking capacities to produce and deliver timely and comprehensive analyses and judgments for the declassification of documents.

  • Review, analyze, and research classified information in support of detainee litigation proceedings.
  • Identify classified information based upon guidance from DoD Component Original Classification Authorities.
  • Make recommendations for classification and declassification of information in coordination with DoD Component Original Classification Authorities.
  • Assist in coordinating with other DoD and national agencies, Combatant Commands and departments for classification and declassification of equities.
  • Assist in preparing executive-level briefings.
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Ability to obtain a CI polygraph.
  • Highly desired: Experience in reviewing, analyzing, and researching information for classification and declassification purposes in a variety of documents, and in applying guidance from DoD Component Original Classification Authorities to the analysis.
  • Ability to demonstrate comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirm completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category description.
  • Knowledgeable of and demonstrates ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced.
  • Ability to structure analytic questions based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
  • Ability to use logic and systematic approaches to gather, evaluate, and synthesize multiple sources of information.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
  • Ability to use logic when evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information.
  • Ability to interpret analysis, including but not limited to its meaning, importance, and implications.
  • Demonstrate ability to defend analytic judgements with sound, logical conclusions and adapt analytic judgments when presented with new information, evolving conditions, or unexpected developments.
  • Ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, documents, assessments, studies, and briefing materials in formats, including Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, etc.), electronic/soft copy matrices and/or web-enabled formats.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly in a concise and organized manner both verbally and non-verbally with strong grammar skills.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to develop structured research including, but not limited to, obtaining, evaluating, organizing, and maintaining information within security and data protocols.
  • Demonstrate ability to recognize nuances and resolve contradictions and inconsistencies with information.
  • Ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
  • Ability to guide teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
  • Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
  • 8+ years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
