Assistant Project Manager/Estimator

BHL Services, Inc., a family-owned general contracting company, has been handling our client’s new store construction, remodels, tenant improvement and ground up construction projects since 2003. We need to add an Assistant Project Manager/Estimator to our team!
At BHL Services, you will assist the team with the bidding process, contracts, scheduling and coordinating subcontractors during the project life. Tracking change orders and other project documents is also an important part of this role as well as helping the Project Manager with job costing and any onsite issues.
This position is a great opportunity to learn the commercial tenant improvement process from the ground up and then transition to a project manager role.
What qualifications are we looking for?
· Project management experience is a plus.
· Two or four-year college degree is preferred but not required.
· Microsoft Office experience is necessary as is a valid driver’s license.
Great phone and communication skills are necessary as well as being organized. Able to take initiative, solve almost any problem and an eye for detail are necessary. And the ability to do all of the above with a positive can-do attitude!
