Luxury Property Manager

The Property Manager will provide leadership, direction, and direct oversight of overall operations, delivering exceptional quality and services, ensuring a safe and attractive living environment for residents. The Property Manager will be responsible to manage revenue and expenses, build relationships and innovate ways to grow the business with the support of a customer service driven company. The position is ideal for those with an entrepreneurial spirit, and strategic ability to problem solve.
Job Responsibilities
· Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong bias towards customer service and managing resident relationships in an extremely professional and courteous manner.
· Attracts, retains, coaches, motivates, and leads a high-performance team and directs day to day operations; holds teams accountable for meeting all quality, safety, and other performance objectives.
· Interacts with prospective tenants, conducts tours, prepares, and signs leases, ensures that files are maintained properly, implements, and monitors effective lease renewal programs.
· Monitors the performance of the community; ensures effective execution of the marketing plan and achievement of occupancy goals.
· Stays informed regarding trends and best practices throughout the industry and of current events and conditions in the local markets; keeps management appropriately informed.
· Directly oversees the development and performance of operating budgets, vendor contracts & maintenance plans; provides timely coaching, direction, and corrective action to ensure achievement of plan objectives, financial targets, quality standards, sustained resident satisfaction and associate engagement.
· Monitors, reviews, and approves property expenses such as payroll, vendor invoices etc.
· Interacts with residents, agencies, vendors, and others to effectively resolve issues.
· Prepares, analyzes, monitors, and distributes reports on a variety of operational and financial data; responds appropriately based on results.
· Monitors the building, grounds, and surrounding areas to assess the physical condition of, maintenance, and capital improvement needs of the property.
· Coordinates, plans, and attends resident functions to enhance resident experience.
· Other duties as assigned.
