Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking someone to assist in overall operations. The role is focused on assisting in our daily activity for clients and sales reps (see below) but may also include overall office administrative tasks.

Job Purpose: internal operations helps drive success for our clients. This position will assist in day to day management of our overall business. This could mean managing shipments through track and trace, assisting with client requests, finding vendors to optimize load planning, or just simply helping build a strong culture within our office. Our internal operations members enjoy building an efficient standard operating procedure and doing it day and day out.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Answering incoming client requests (all channels)

- Track and trace load movement

- Communicate with carriers and customers to overcome transit issues

- Pulling reports and distributing for to client requirements

- Train clients on systems and on-going improvements

- Offer continuous feedback for SOP perfections

- Participate with QBR’s for partnership enhancements

- Assist operations leader on any additional day to day needs

- Daily report management and systems updates

- Present self in a professional manner

- Be customer service focused

- Use proper phone etiquette to establish rapport

- Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly

- Exemplify great moral code

- Be able to have fun

Minimum Qualification Requirements

- Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Logistics experience preferred but not required

- Quick learner
