BGIS is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join the team in Dallas, TX.

As a Project Administrator, you will work under the supervision of a Project Manager, and provide support to project team members or project delivery managers to ensure the effective, efficient administration of project delivery for a prestigious public sector client.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your primary role as a Project Coordinator will encompass a wide variety of duties. Specifically, you will:

  • Provide administrator support to a team of 4-5 Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, including project coordination, document development and control, financial services, and communication for multiple on-going projects

  • Analyze data, perform data entry and build reports for internal and external stakeholders

  • Oversee and manage project filing and documentation

  • Manage project information transfer logging, tracking control and project team time

  • Submit invoices and track budgets for multiple projects ranging from $5K to $10M

  • Distribute all incoming project documentation

  • Assemble presentations and prepare reports

  • Continuously improve and develop project management-related skills and capabilities.

    ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

    To be up to the challenges of this Project Coordinator role, you must have a solid profile that includes:

  • A minimum of a diploma in business administrator, project management or a related field

  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a coordination or administrative function

  • Demonstrated proficiency in program-specific financial reporting, including data analytics and budget tracking

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and documentation skills.

  • Effective interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on verbal and written communication skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word.
