Job Description
  • Source, develop leads, prospect and continuously network
  • Ability to use various sales methods (in person meetings, virtual meetings, and presentations) to achieve yearly targets that will be measured and reviewed quarterly
  • Travel within assigned region for meetings, trade shows, and customer and industry association events
  • Property walks both in person and virtually with prospects
  • Enter, track and maintain client information and other sales functions within our CRM system
  • Ongoing/Scheduled client interactions to ensure quality control of account base
  • Industry Representation and Collaboration
  • Building and maintaining police and other law enforcement relationships
  • Apartment Association events, membership, and participation will require after-hours events
  • Interpreting and delegating client concerns and issues to the proper departments and assist in resolutions
  • Consistent and meaningful client and prospect email communication
  • Ongoing sales trainings, technical education, and industry knowledge
  • Weekly reporting to peer group
  • Monday- Friday 8-6 availability for communication standard and additional if required
  • Job Skills and Requirements
  • 3-5 years business to business sales experience
  • Proven sales record with the ability to close based on trust, information, and honest business practices.
  • Multifamily Housing Industry experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or related applicable experience
  • Proven above average written and verbal communication
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
