The Graphic Designer in the Marketing Department is responsible for creating and maintaining high quality and innovative print and digital marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suites and Microsoft Office products.
Specific duties include (but are not limited to):
Ø Make changes to existing flyers, site plans and aerials for all properties ensuring they are up to date at any given time
Ø All changes made to print documents should also be updated on the company website
Ø Create legal lease exhibits for tenants
Ø Update demographics, traffic counts and a variety of other reporting documents in a timely fashion
Ø Establish a system for the continuous update of leasing signs
Ø Design various inhouse projects such as invites, announcements, presentations, etc.
Ø Prepare final print artwork and coordinate production with outside agencies, printers and other vendors
Ø Assist senior designer with various print and digital pieces including email communications, social media posts, trade show displays, brochures, presentations and events
Ø Copywriting skills are a plus
Ø Maintain technical knowledge and staying on top of design trends through continuing education, reviewing professional publications and/or participating in professional societies
Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in graphic design with one to two years’ experience preferred. Attention to detail and producing accurate and error-free work is a must. Should be comfortable working autonomously within tight deadlines. Strong time management skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required.
