● Support the Account Management team on executing new product launches and promotions.
● Implement program and pricing updates in customer branded e-commerce storefronts.
● Liaise with cross-functional business partners and Account Management team as needed.
● Review and continually maintain accuracy within customer accounts.
● Document and communicate with cross-functional teams on audit process and resolution.
● Provide post-implementation program support for Account Managers to include reporting, customized marketing materials and QBR presentations.
● Field customer requests to ensure they are supported in a timely manner.
● Build customer loyalty and advocacy
● Bachelor’s Degree
● Outstanding time management, organization, and prioritization skills
● 1-3 years experience in customer centric role
● Experience using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
● Experience using an CRM system (preferably Salesforce)
● Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills
● Strong team player and proven self-starter
● Thrives in a fast-paced environment and highly effective in managing multiple work streams
● Must be detail oriented and able to work under tight deadlines with a sense of urgency
● Desire to learn and build proficiency in customer-facing solutions and tools designed for enterprise health customers
● Comfort with adopting new technological tools and processes to drive greater efficiency and capacity
