Job Description

This position will be sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails daily.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, and follow up with new prospects
  • Assist the Sales team in setting up initial demos and intros to new prospects
  • Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
  • Greet customers and create rapport
  • Responsible closing deals and processing payments
  • Responsible for customer follow-up
  • Developing leads and referrals
  • Create personal daily goals
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas
  • Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

Essential Skills:

  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain calm efficiency
  • Vigorous work ethic and self-motivation (self-starter, self-learner).

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to establish rapport and closing sales
  • Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
