Role: Live Chat sales support rep
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Duration: 2+ months
Live Chat experience a plus along with Customer Service experience and skill set.
Sale experience not mandatory but helpful in this role particularly call center sales/Customer Service experience.
Ability to meet required KPIs required for this role.
M-F with possible shifts available on Saturdays and Sundays, shift schedule to vary based on the business need but the hours we will be accepting live chat requests will be between 8AM - 11PM EST.
