Job Title: Service Desk Remote Technology Support
Location: US Remote, must work in CST.
Expected Duration: Long term 2+ years
Shift Timings: M – F 8 am to 5 pm CST
Service Desk Remote Technology Support - Provide first level support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.
Liaise / Assign issues, problems, etc. to other Functional/Technical Support teams, or product teams as required to resolve/assign requests/issues in a timely manner.
Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
