Vice President, Associate Director of Project Management - Healthcare

The Role:

BCW is seeking a fulltime dedicated VP, Associate Director of Project Management to work on large accounts within the BCW Healthcare practice. In this role, you will be the chief facilitator between clients, project management, account teams, digital, producers, the strategy group, finance, and creatives.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills. He/she must be detailed oriented, resourceful, and able to multi-task and prioritize under deadlines.

What youll do as you move with us:

* You will manage workflow, project management software, own process, manage schedules, meet deadlines, troubleshoot, and supervise other project managers. You will work hand in hand with executive leaders/senior management, reporting to Digital Heath and Creative team leads.
* You will provide strategic counsel to BCW account teams on creative approach, execution, quality standards, timing and ensure we stay on task. You will join meetings to stay connected and informed on account projects and work that will need creative support.
* You will manage financial aspects of work including estimates, tracking budgets, out-of-pocket costs, purchase orders, invoices, contracts, team staffing hours, billability, freelance needs, and monthly projections. You will ensure we stay on schedule and within budget.

Experience that contributes to your success:

* 5-10 years of experience in project management within an agency
* Experience serving as the intermediary between account, digital, creative and production teams
* Familiarity with regulated industries (e.g., banking, healthcare, etc.)
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Self-starter who is highly organized and able to manage others
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and contemporary Project management software
* Advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience working on integrated marketing campaigns - digital, social, broadcast/video, print, OOH
* Dynamic leadership, management and team building skills
* Successful track record managing multiple client assignments simultaneously

* Excellent written and verbal communications skills along with strong attention to detail
* Desire to work in a diverse and inclusive organization as an active participant in culture initiatives, training opportunities and employee resource groups
