Administrative Assistant to Trading Floor Team in Midtown

Our client, a financial services holding company, is looking to hire a TTP Administrative Assistant to provide support to a trading floor team of 5 bankers. This is a great opportunity to support talented and dynamic team at a fast paced and quickly growing company. The successful candidate must have a can do attitude, be a team player, and a great work ethic. Must have a 4 year degree from an accredited university as well as between 3-5 years of experience, preferably in the financial services sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements (both domestic and international)
  • Maintain schedules and calendars for the team
  • Prepare and submit expenses reports using Concur
  • Screen and forward calls, provide information, take messages and schedule appointments
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • Assist team with preparation of presentation materials
  • File, copy, scan and bind documents as needed
  • Ad hoc projects as requested


REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3-5 years of prior administrative support or related experience
  • Excellent knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Strong working knowledge of computers and relevant software applications, primarily Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint


SALARY
$65-70K (DOE) + paid OT+ discretionary bonus

HOURS
8:30am-5:30pm + flexibility for minimal OT as needed
