What You’ll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

· Monitor and maintain employee timecards to ensure payroll accuracy

· Process Payroll for hourly, salary and commission-based employees

· Be available to answer employee’s questions concerning their bi-weekly paychecks

· Maintain strict confidentiality

What it takes to succeed

· Excellent office and math skills

· Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Power-point

· Willing and capable of quickly learning and become proficient in other computer systems used by the Payroll Department; Buddy Punch, CRM, Phone systems, learning tools, Etc...

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Ability to multitask and contribute to a team oriented, supportive working environment

· Ability to work an 8-hour day during the hours of 8:30 to 5pm
