Call Center Manager

One of America's fastest growing acrylic bath companies, Bath Wizard is looking to hire an experienced Call Center Manager in our Overland Park, Kansas office. Qualified applicants will have excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues.

We have an excellent compensation package for this position that includes a salary and bonus opportunities.

Job duties include:

  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Hire, train and manage Call Center Representatives
  • Manage the technology, Lead Perfection, Five9 (we can teach the actual software)
  • Look for opportunities for improvement and best practices
  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
  • Customer Service
  • Manage sales reps schedules

Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
