Patent and Trademark Office, including developing arguments for patentability. Analyzing patents as part of the Intellectual Property due diligence for a potential acquisition or merger. Assisting to prepare opinions.
Overseeing technology specialists/patent agents performing literature and patent searches for FTO and patentability analyses. May take on additional responsibilities as needed. Must have a Ph.D.
