WORK HISTORY AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High school Graduation
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, POS software, accounting software
Previous experience in customer service focused employment is desirable
Applicants with relevant experience in customer service, data processing, retail sales are always welcome, but the right personality and genuine desire to work within the Team environment and assisting customers is important. Full Training will be provided.
Criminal Record Check is required.
FUNCTIONS FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR:
Provide customer service by answering incoming calls from customers, therapists, healthcare professionals, assisting in-store sales with walk in customers.
Process new order intakes, efficiently and effectively, an attention to detail regarding billing, work orders, deliveries, service, rental equipment, demonstration of equipment and assisting with arranging trials of equipment for customers.
