We run a 24/7 operation and this is a critical role supervising youth. Please indicate with your application if you're seeking Day or Night shift, Full Time or Part Time. All full time positions are benefits eligible.
Currently Seeking: Day Shift, Swing Shift & Weekend Shifts
You'll make a difference by:
Coordinate and supervise outdoor activities, teach life skills and set healthy boundaries for your adolescent clients.
Grow your capabilities of working with adolescents in the mental health field, specifically in the area of substance abuse.
Stretch your leadership muscles.
Work with a team that genuinely cares about our clients and employees.
Overnight supervision including 15 min dorm checks.
Waking kids up in the morning and light janitorial duties.
Responsible for medication inventory.
Paperwork, filing and administrative tasks are included.
Gain experience in the field and pursue Qualified Mental Health Associates (QMHA).
Ideal candidates have the following:
High school diploma/GED.
1 year experience working with youth (or adults) in a residential behavioral health or substance abuse setting is preferred.
Comfort leading and directing a group of adolescents.
All successful new hires must have a valid Oregon driver’s license (or be able to get one) and have an insurable driving record.
Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen (to include Cannabis/THC/Marijuana).
Ability to follow a presentable dress code
Ability and willingness to regularly work swing shifts and weekends.
