BBSI is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for a full time, direct hire opportunity with a thriving Insurance Provider. Starting pay is $17.00 an hour plus benefits. Work week is Monday through Friday and hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The qualified candidate will be a personable, highly professional individual who can multi-task in a high pressure, fast-paced environment while not losing sight of details. Our ideal candidate has the desire to provide extraordinary client-focused service in taking care of customers, as well as internal staff.
- Greets visitors, manages front desk and answers telephones.
- Provides professional and personable delivery of service to internal and external customers.
- Ensures the timely delivery of customer responses with accuracy.
- Develops relations and maintains rapport with customers to provide outstanding, personalized service.
- Follows established policies, procedures and guidelines to protect both the customers and the company.
- Assists customers with inquiries and/or problem resolution.
- Remains abreast and informed of changes in the company's products, services and procedures.
- Establishes and maintains relations with carriers to answer billing questions.
- Coordinates claims management.
- 3 – 5 years of prior experience in a Customer Service position.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Insurance a plus.
