Shift: 5:30am - 2:00pm Friday - Monday plus one additional day that is to be determined & Shift: 2:00pm - 11:00pm Friday - Monday plus one additional day that is to be determined.
Please note training for this position will be from 3pm - 11pm Monday - Friday for approximately 2-4 weeks.
Pay rate: $13.00
Job Description: We are looking for customer service representatives to handle inbound calls from patients of physicians, hospitals and hospice patients. Job duties include the following:
- Asking medical questions to callers
- Entering information into computer system
- Being empathetic on the phone
This position requires you to be empathetic, detail oriented and have the ability to follow a script at times. You must have intermediate computer skills and the ability to learn new software. Previous customer service (on phones) experience is required. Familiarity with medical office terms and settings is a plus.
