As an administrative assistant you are responsible for creating and maintaining Customer Files - Make outbound phone calls to our Customers regarding Template/Install date(s)/time(s) - Emailing Template/Installation schedules - Occasional general office operations: Taking incoming calls, creating and maintaining Customer files, send/receive text and/or email - Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, rearranging the schedule as needed - Compile data and prepare a variety of reports
