An Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is needed to fill a LONG-TERM role at a large galvanizing/applied-coatings facility in Los Angeles, California!
Location Reference: near Cal State LA
Schedule:
- 1st shift: 6am- 2:30pm operating hours
- Full-Time + OT
- Monday- Friday, some weekend hours
Pay Rate: $25.00- $30.00 hour, based on experience

Two years of previous experience in a Maintenance Mechanic position
A working knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
HVAC experience
The ability to demonstrate mechanical/basic electrical knowledge through testing
The ability to climb and work from ladders, man lifts, bridge cranes, and roofs in excess of 30ft
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Must be a person of passion and integrity who has the drive to excel and deliver exceptional results
Must have high awareness of safety at all times
Highly qualified candidates will also possess:
Three years of previous experience in an Industrial Maintenance position
Two years of previous experience operating hand and/or power tools
The ability to communicate and interact with coworkers in a positive manner
The ability to pay attention to detail and follow work instructions
