Maintenance

We are looking for an entry level Maintenance worker for a medical facility. This is temporary position, with the opportunity to become a full time position with the company.

Basic Job Duties

The Maintenance worker is responsible for performing routine preventative, general and corrective building maintenance throughout all facilities. Duties include general repairs, carpentry, patching and painting, as well as light electrical, HVAC and plumbing.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma/GED

Minimum Work Experience

2 year of experience preferred

Prior building and/or physical plant maintenance experience.

Required Licenses/Certifications

A valid Washington State Driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Proficiency in basic math skills.

The ability to work unsupervised with a minimum of direction. The ability to use simple hand tools.

The ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.

The ability to work well with both the public and coworkers.

The ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
