Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Receive incoming calls from customers and enter customer data into the computer
  • Review and process service orders and schedule appointments for service
  • Serve as the ongoing central point-of-contact for all service orders you process
  • Perform records management by creating tickets, filing & updating information
  • Log all customer communications into the computer
  • Coordinate with team members to resolve any problems
  • Follow up on service orders to ensure timely completion and communicate progress with customers
  • Telephone customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Assist other departments as needed and perform other duties as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The qualified candidate will have:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year call center experience within a service industry
  • Personal initiative and self-motivation to provide excellent customer service
  • Type at least 35 wpm
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy, including solid command of Microsoft Office products
