Job Description

Goldstar Freight Services is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative responsible for handling clerical tasks including incoming phone calls and other communications, managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerical duties.

In order to be selected, you will need the ability to write clearly and have a pleasing personality with strong communication skills.


  • Handling incoming calls and other communications
  • Managing filing system
  • Recording information as needed
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
  • Scanning, faxing and copying documents
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands


  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative customer service experience
  • Knowledge of common computer software programs and office equipment
