It will also be responsible for entering, managing and fulfilling engineered to order purchases while upholding a high standard of customer service.Formula for Success Prior experience in Contract Administration/negotiation of Terms and Conditions within the Construction industry Proficient in the use of personal computer, including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software Strong and assertive communication skills with the ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels inside and outside the organization Must possess a high degree of organization Must be self-motivated and results-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Principal Responsibilities Develop amendments for mutually agreeable Terms and Conditions Review detail of incoming purchase orders for conformance to quotation or price list and resolve discrepancies or lack of information. Enter approved purchase order into the computer system.
Monitor and expedite shop drawing approvals. Field incoming order inquiry calls. Process any change orders and order updates on computer system.
Provide product lead time and availability. Make contractors aware of ship date. Invoicing.
Need to have a thorough understanding of company and its mission Completing all tasks as delegated by the supervising authority. Support and adhere to all environmental, health and safety rules and regulations as described in the Environmental Health and Safety Rules and Regulations Employee Handbook as well as WBA specific safety guidelines and procedures. Complete all work in conformance with Company and Department ISO 9001-2000 and 14001 policies, procedures, and work instructions. Must be able to relate job performance to ISO objectives. Insures safety is the main priority within department and company.
