Call Center Customer Service
- $18 to $19 Hourly
KNF&T Staffing is seeking call center candidates for several full time roles supporting our Marlborough-based health services client. The customer service rep will provide support and service to customers via telephone, fax and e-mail. The Call Center Representative works onsite Monday through Friday, first shift and should have experience in a call center customer service role. Strong communication skills and a professional phone demeanor will be vital to success in this position. Training will be provided on all company-specific policies and software, but candidates must be local to Marlborough in order to retrieve equipment and attend occasional onsite meetings.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of calls from customers and provide high-level customer service while maintaining a satisfactory response rate according to company standards
- Retrieve voice messages from mail box and return calls within 24 hours
- Respond to customer requests by telephone, fax or email; review request, provide information requested or determine who can best provide appropriate information and route the request to the proper person
- Provide account information to customers as requested
- Update demographic and associated information within customer accounts and change contacts, etc as necessary
- Perform daily mailings
