*To insist that the sales department support an F&I office in turning over customers.
*To create advertising programs that enhance the F&I office and sound dealership income.
*To check in each new unit for correct options, warranty packets and keys.
*To maintain accurate computer files and a complete understanding of Mercspader
F&I software package as well as any other programs B&E uses for this office.
*To verify each sales contract for accuracy and completeness.
*To be able to back the sales department up by asking for the sale and collecting a deposit when
not yet accomplished.
*To continually expand Finance and Insurance knowledge as well as keeping up-to-date with
all new regulations.
*To work with every customer to determine financing, insurance, documentation,
registration, titling and closing needs.
*To keep up-to-date records of each prospect.
*To maintain all Finance and Insurance files and be responsible for all renewals.
*To abide by the Gramm, Leach, Bliley Privacy Act.
*An aptitude for sales.
*Good Health and mobility
*Able to adjust to irregular hours.
*Must be able to stand a reference check for credibility and pass a pre-employment drug screening
