Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company materials to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed-upon sales targets
- Quickly respond to customer inquiries
- Follow-up to keep customers aware of the latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Administrative duties
- Help fellow sales team members on a need-be basis
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with ERP platforms a plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Familiar with Microsoft programs
- Strong negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented
- Fast learner
- knowledge of a vast array of metals preferred but not a necessity
- Basic math skills
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate with the shipping department for all orders
- knowledge of LCS, ISO, and NADCAP is a plus but not necessary
- Driven and eager to learn the industry and thrive
