Shipping Receiving Associate-GMP
- $25 to $28 Hourly
- Full-Time
Please note that this position requires GMP experience.
Azzur (COD), One of the Division of Azzur Group, seeks a reliable, motivated Operation associate II to join our growing organization. In this position, you will support facility and technical support.
This position is full-time, working Monday thru Friday. However, the candidate must be open to a flexible 8-hour work day schedule with a start time between 7 am, and 8:30 am.
This role will support day-to-day operations to ensure the facility and technical operations run smoothly. After training, the ideal candidate can independently execute routine operations and be given the opportunity to lead operations improvement projects.
Ability to timely receive consumable and raw materials and compliantly initiate inventory management transactions in a GMP environment. Attention to detail needed to triage during inspection of materials received and appropriately escalate with vendors, clients and management.
- Ability to follow strict good documentation practices when documenting during the material receipt process.
- Maintain an impeccably clean, organized and controlled dock receiving area.
- Act as SME in the Inventory Management System
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse duties.
- Assist with equipment set-up, maintenance, and calibration.
- Assist with Environmental Monitoring, Utility monitoring, and all cleanroom support activities.
- Ensure that cleanrooms are running according to documented procedures.
- Maintain, create, and revise electronic documents
- Assist early phase manufacturing companies, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Restock and maintain a professional atmosphere throughout the facility, including the office, the cleanrooms, and shared conference and breakroom spaces
- Assist with scheduling, operations management, and enforcement of facility regulations
- Work in collaboration with Azzur COD staff as needed on special projects to improve the organization
Basic Qualifications & Position Requirements:
Required Educations:
- High School Diploma with job experience, Technical Certificate or Associate Degree
Required Work Experience:
- Competent in using computers and software programs
- GMP experience is required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and/or projects.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in a regulated industry such as biopharma or medical devices is preferred.
- Customer service experience is a plus, not required.
