We are hiring for a company in the transportation industry with an immediate opening for a Bilingual (English & French) Customer Service Representative in Concord, ON

Start Date: Immediately 
Shift: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm (Monday-Friday)
Location: Jane St. & Highway 7
Rate: $17 - $18/hour

Responsibilities:

- Provide customer service to new and existing clients
- Assist, mediate, and resolve issues before escalating
- Accurately note orders and effectively communicate details to other departments

Requirements:

- 2 years of knowledge/experience in the transport industry
- Good computer skills with previous AS400 experience as an asset
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Dependable to work independently with no supervision
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritized in a fast paced environment
- 'Can-Do' attitude with a passion to drive results
- Clean criminal background required
