A great candidate for us would possess a proven track record in achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment demonstrating the ability to generate leads, manage existing clients, target potential customers, and building and maintaining relationships. Possess strong ability to open doors and close deals. Bilingual, Spanish comprehension is a huge plus.
Experience managing original equipment manufacturers and contracts manufacturers (OEM & CM) is strongly preferred. Willing to train the right candidate. We are looking for a professional with a solid reputation among previous employers.
Upon joining our sales team, you are responsible for delivery top notch customer service, achieving individual sales goals, building lasting relationships with your clients around the world. This position offers you the opportunity to play a key role in our company’s growth. Working with a variety of industries, you will represent a diverse line of materials.
Actively seeking NEW business, cold calling and prospecting daily.
Responsible for targeting key accounts, industries, and offering your expertise in product knowledge and desire to source their materials.
Grow existing accounts by obtaining large Gross Profit (GP) orders. Utilizing active vendor status helps propel you to open new locations.
Identify opportunities relative to business and product knowledge. Qualifying requirements and opportunities.
Proven sales experience (2+ years sales experience). Strong self-starter, hustler and go-getter. Initiative and proven ability to meet and exceed personal sales goals and growth. Strong ability to develop and manage customer relationships via telephone, conference calls and at times, in person. Multilingual is a benefit but not a necessity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening and presentation skills.
Organization, multi-task, prioritize and time management. Computer proficiency. Solution selling.
Full-time. M-F, 7am-4pm. Salary based on experience plus commissions of 25%-40% GP
