Job Description Job Description: The Harvest Associate operates in a professional, clean manufacturing environment, including a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers, as well as specialized equipment such as scales, RFID readers, and label printers. Employees will be required to gown into uniforms before entering the cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.

Temperatures and conditions in the cultivation area will be similar to most greenhouses: around 80 degrees F and 65% Humidity. Employees will be exposed to fresh cannabis plants, and cannabis plant material. They will also be subject to loud noise from fans, pumps, and motors. General Duties : o Always be on time. o Always maintain MRA Compliance. o Always maintain hygiene in accordance with post-harvest activities. o Maintain a clean and organized work environment. o Responsible for safety procedures and adherence in area of responsibility. o Responsible for cleaning their work area at the conclusion of their day or task and completing their cleaning assignment on the checklist. o Be flexible and work with multiple departments. o Show up early on Harvest Days and be prepared to stay late (approx.

2 days every 2 weeks) Job Specific Responsibilities: Harvest Duties o Works in conjunction with cultivation agent at the point of harvest to cut down plants. o Records weight of product on paper (or electronic) log for METRC specialist. o Processes plants to hang on carts for entry into dry room. o Fill dry rooms 1 and 2 with product carts in the proper layout for the drying process. Post-Harvest Duties o Harvest Associates shuck and de-bud all product into totes in preparation to run the trimming machine. o Once trimming is completed by Harvest Lead, Harvest Associates perform hand touch up. o Agents are responsible for tool and dry room cleanup. Misc. Duties o Assist with big leaf defoliation and facility sanitization. o Properly log everyday product waste (leaves and stems) and communicate with METRC specialist. o Ensure poor quality product is separated from quality product in accordance with grow rating system. o Confirm organization of separate strains during de-budding and trimming process. o Working with Harvest / METRC Manager to ensure Flower is harvested, dried and trimmed appropriately, and target temperature and humidity levels are adhered to. This is a Manual Labor Industry. o Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and stay active for long periods of time. o Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. o Must be able to reach with hands and arms. o Must be able to stoop, squat, kneel, bend, crawl, and push/pull/lift 50 pounds. o Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with hands. o Must be able to perform at a rate consistent with production standards. o Must be able to understand and communicate basic operational and safety instructions. o Must be able to do all of the above while working in hot, cold, dry, or humid conditions.
