We are seeking an innovative, organized, and dependable operations manager to join our growing team. You must be detail-oriented and a master task-manager who is ready to make a positive impact on students' lives through overseeing the operation of our learning centers. Our Operations Manager should exhibit and uphold the 4 Pillars of Axiom: Integrity, Excellence, Innovation, and Industriousness.
Axiom is at the forefront of developing personalized learning programs designed with unique learners in mind. Recently, we have partnered with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to bring our cutting-edge underlying learning skills program, LEAP, into schools and into their special education services.
The Operations Manager will work directly with the Management team in our California Region to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our three bustling centers. The Operations Manager will be the point person throughout the billing process, including invoicing, payment processing and tracking all payments and packages for both new and returning families. The Operations Manager will also coordinate all scheduling within our centers, including student sessions, faculty trainings, and other events as needed. As a vital member of our team, with the goal of providing customized educational support for all students, there are many opportunities to grow within your current role. You may be asked to participate in other projects that highlight your unique skill set and / or help you to stretch your comfort-zone and develop your skills in pursuit of Axiom’s global mission.

Ensuring local, state, and federal law compliance and maintaining licensing for all locations in the region
BA /BS required
2+ years experience in operations or bookkeeping role
Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular MS Excel, Word, and Google Docs
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to problem solve
High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working at various levels, especially when communicating with parents and our students
Experience with Square finance services and Quickbooks Online are a plus
