The Partner Success organization builds meaningful relationships with existing partners to ensure growing and profitable relationships. We are looking for a Partner Success Marketing Manager to play a strategic role in owning the creation of automated communications to support the partner journey, helping to define milestones along the way, and executing programs that drive deeper engagement with Axcient partners to increase retention and upsell within our embedded partner base. Our ideal candidate is impact oriented who deeply understands how to plan and execute programs to drive desired outcomes, who can think strategically, use data to drive decisions, and can thrive in a cross-functional environment. The role will work closely with the Partner Success Managers, Partner Enablement/Operations, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product teams to enhance the reach and impact of our partner engagement initiatives.

This position will report to VP, Customers and Retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for designing and implementing targeted partner communications throughout the lifecycle starting with onboarding through loyalty
  • Work with partner success managers, partner operations/enablement, marketing, revenue operations, and product to build out content, workflows, and lists for automated campaigns
  • Project manage and deliver campaigns built with complex personalized logic delivered through behavior-based triggers to meet customers where they are and take them further
  • Own strategy to maximize partner success at scale and reinforce the value of Axcient solutions
  • Measure and track the effectiveness of partner campaigns
  • Assist in analytics and reporting for the customer lifecycle

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related experience
  • 1-3 years in B2B digital marketing and customer engagement
  • Solid background in customer lifecycle marketing, including customer adoption and retention programs
  • Experience working at a SaaS organization
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Proficient in or similar CRM system
  • Experience with marketing automation and email marketing tools, specifically Hubspot
  • Comfortable in a remote (work from home) environment

The estimated salary range for this position is from $80,000 - $95,000 annually. Actual compensation my vary and will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
