Awesome Dealz is seeking a part-time possibly full-time Sales associate for our appliance retail and repair store. First shift: 10:30 am to 7 pm.
Essential duties for the role include, but not limited to the following :
Welcome and greet our customers.
Handle incoming calls, scheduling service call appointments for our customers.
Prepare and monitor invoices and bill home warranty companies for the service we provide for their clients.
Communicate with our technicians who are on the field and dispatch new jobs to them.
The following skills are required: proficient at MS office and quick book.
Strong written & oral communication skills
Customer service professional.
Work on social media platforms.
Ability to prioritize tasks & work in a fast-paced environment.
Speaking Spanish is a plus.
