Aware Recovery Care (ARC) offers a holistic approach to treatment and changes the way clients receive care throughout the country. ARC is a year-long, home based, addiction treatment program that works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assist clients in their first year of recovery.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Agency Staffing Coordinator will support the Agencies, Admissions and Direct Care teams with undertaking and implementing various staffing solutions such as scheduling, performance monitoring, and staffing report preparations. The Agency Staffing Coordinator will ensure adequate and appropriate staffing to meet the needs of the clients based on ratio, census and direction of the Agency Director. The Agency Staffing Coordinator shall have the delegated administrative authority and accountability.

**This position is hybrid out of either our Bedford, NH or South Portland, ME office with expectations of 2-3 days in office *

**The salary range for this position is $42,000 to $46,000**

ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist Admissions Liaison with coordinating and assigning the Client First Home Visit (FHV)    
  • Monitor daily, weekly and monthly work schedules
  • Adjust staffing according to available staff reporting changes
  • Verify daily hours worked in Aura and Paylocity/UKG system
  • Ensure that staffing ratios are met
  • Serve as the coordinator for daily schedules and adjustments
  • Monitor CRA and CC hours to minimize overtime
  • Run daily Labor Allocation Reporting and communicate changes to the Agency Director
  • Assist with entering or adjusting schedules as needed; approving time as needed in the payroll system (first line gatekeeper)
  • Educate current and new staff on scheduling communication methods and processes
  • Ensure that the Agency is in compliance with Tiger Connect
  • Collaborate with HR in regard to staff that is not in compliance with the time punching policy
  • Assist with PTO backups (ensure that staff are taking time off and that coverage is in place)
  • Assist Talent Acquisition with the coordination of onsite interviews
  • Ensures the compliance of all staffing procedures with the company policies and legal standards
  • Ensures correct employee compensation by collaborating with payroll
  • May perform other office administrative functions as necessary

Required SkillsQualifications:

Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year direct care or healthcare administrative experience.
  • Substance Use Disorder treatment and knowledge of various pathways to recovery preferred
Computer Skills:
  • Proficient in Google Office Suite/MS Office/Excel, EMR, payroll systems.
