Graphic Designer

The mid-level Graphic Designer supports the growth of multiple brands in the vitamin and supplement category, including Naturewise and Smarter Nutrition. The ideal candidate will join our dynamic marketing team and be responsible for creating, managing, and producing design solutions for a variety of uses including websites, marketplaces, product graphics, email templates, social media graphics, brand campaigns, social media content, and video & photography. This role will add value to the team and the end-product, directly impacting the consumer's experience.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into innovative and intuitive design solutions.
• Understand and define each brand through the creation of a brand style guide that will be used in all designs moving forward.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify needs, goals and requirements of all creative projects.
• Manage graphic design projects from concept to delivery; refine drafts and generate creative projects.
• Deliver on design requirements while staying on brand.
• Prepare and present work to internal teams including executive leadership.
• Take in constructive criticism and produce best-in-class work.
• Work in tandem with other designer, copywriters, and marketing personnel to continually refine and elevate design solutions for our routine media channels (social media, email, digital ads, etc.)
• Incorporate changes recommended by leadership and partners into final designs.
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing across all formats - prints, digital, and product packaging.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in fields related to graphic design.
• 4+5 years of experience in brand-focused companies; CPG is a plus.
• Experience working a Creative Agency a plus.
• Prior experience as a mid-level graphic designer.
• A complete portfolio of past design and creative projects.
• The ability to multitask and meet deadlines with attention to detail and clean execution.
• Outstanding follow-up, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience across multiple marketing mediums including digital, video, TV, print, etc.

Pay and Structure Benefits:

• Salary: $45,000-$55,000/year, eligible for bonuses.
