Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

Location: Remote (US time zones)

Compensation: $70,000-80,000 USD annually

Why this role exists

Reporting to the CEO, the Strategic Account Manager is part client-success, part project manager and 100% ownership taker of each client account. You’ll play an integral role in onboarding new clients, streamlining processes, and supporting teams of talent professionals as they parachute into companies to help them scale their hiring. You’ll work alongside the CEO and leadership team to provide insight and collaborate on initiatives to grow and improve the business.

Required Experience:

  • You have progressive experience in client-facing roles
  • You’ve managed client success initiatives
  • You have experience managing projects from start to finish
  • You’ve worked at or with startup companies

Skills:

  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of the startup landscape
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Ability to align stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Process-orientated
  • You have a good understanding of the Web3 and Fintech industries or a curiosity about

Step 4 - Technical application. It’s not too elaborate but we would like to see your professional skills in action!

Step 5 - You’ll be invited to a Zoom call with one of our leaders to talk further about culture and alignment and answer any questions that may have popped up for you after our first chat.

Step 6 - You made it to the final round! You’ll be invited to our Avra Talent Network of independent contractors.
