Administrative/ Chiropractic assistant in Chiropractic office

We are seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant In Chiropractic Office to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions as well as helping with patients in order to drive company success. Hours available are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8 AM -6:30 PM approximately.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist patients
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Verifying patient insurance and benefits
  • Insurance and collection calls
  • assist in taking basic vitals and patient procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an office administration or other health related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
