The successful candidate will help organize information to continuously identify ways to enhance the planning process and documentation. Jr. Business Program Manager Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $50-$60/hr
• Worksite: Leading professional development and networking (Sunnyvale, CA 94085, Open to remote in Pacific Time zone) 
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k
• 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment

Jr. Business Program Manager Responsibilities:  

• Create Project reports & presentations, including summaries, schedule, and budget.
• Gather and document business requirements, workflow, and process changes.
• Create Sharepoint, Confluence sites, and documents including content for All Hands, forums.
• Document meeting agendas and summarize Actions/Notes, draft communications/ messaging.
• Operationalize weekly/ quarterly tasks.
• Draft and organize media content to promote blogs, videos, and coverage of the company.
• Write HTML queries to analyze necessary data, help automate repetitive tasks.
• Summarize findings in Excel, PowerPoint or (google sheets, google slides)

Jr. Business Program Manager Qualifications: 

• 3-4+ years experience with Advanced Excel (pivots, vlookups & more) and Data analysis.
• Experience with JIRA (dashboards, tickets), and ability to view/access Power BI reports (access level, not development) and any media content.
• Proficient in MS Products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Technical writing and effective communication for messaging via emails, media, blogs, BRDs.
• Good presentation skills. 
• Experience with SQL, HTML, Airtable is a plus.
• Good interpersonal, communication, writing, presentation, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
