We are looking for a OnSite Customer Support Technician to come join our team. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Support Manager, other company resources, manufacturers, and customers to maintain and support audiovisual systems. Location: Palo Alto, CA

Position Requirements:

  • Understand and demonstrate intermediate networking skills such as audiovisual control systems, setting up audio and video conferencing systems, setting audio gain stages and adjusting common audio equipment and video display systems
  • Perform systematic and high-quality diagnostic troubleshooting, testing, repair and adjustment to integrated audiovisual systems.
  • Provide preventive maintenance such as re-install, modify, repair load and troubleshoot AV equipment and control systems
