Job responsibilities
Lead research - making sure information in the data base is up to date and complete
Outbound calling and emailing to potential clients
Reaching out to “unresponsive” clients to gauge interest level
Appointment setting and/or confirming
Sending out mailers
Help with MailChimp for mass emails or newsletter
Assist in tracking leads and active deals
Reporting on calls made
Daily activities:
Lead research – we will assign a list of 80-100 leads each day.
Confirm the information that we have is correct
Add any missing information (via web search or a phone call)
Email potential clients
Call to confirm receipt of email and try to set up phone appointments
Report on the assigned leads for that day
Job Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic computer and phone skills
Ability to communicate over the phone effectively
Ability to be aggressive and persuasive enough to get the business owners contact information
Strong energy, work ethic and self-motivation
Desire to learn and understand the finance cycle in commercial real estate
We also feel that a bonus system will help keep them motivated. So, we would like to see something along these lines if possible.
For every signed LOI $50
Loan closing: $250
