Summary of Responsibilities

The credit services specialist communicates with all suppliers and operations teams.  This role performs a variety of administrative tasks including answering telephones calls, word processing, creating/maintaining excel spreadsheets and filing.


Primary Responsibilities and Objectives

·       Work with various internal teams to create/maintain Excel spreadsheets and other documents

·       Act as a liaison between the operators and credit services tams to coordinate events

·       Track down information needed to move projects along in a timely fashion

·       Answer emails and direct to the appropriate department

·       Provide new property account information to operators and sets up supplier accounts for properties

·       Assist operators with credit services setup processes and training

·       Participate in special projects as requested

·       Perform other duties as assigned


Education and Experience

·       High school diploma is required

·       One to two years of property management experience is preferred

·       One year of experience of Salesforce is preferred


Skills and Requirements

·       Advance level knowledge with MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (including Excel functions)

·       Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of management effectively and sensitively

·       Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Solid organization and time management skills

·       Able to complete tasks within a deadline

·       Able to organize recurring tasks

·       Sensitivity to confidential matters is required

·       Required to complete and successfully pass the Avenue5 Fair Housing and Preventing Discrimination and Harassment training and other courses, if assigned



·       Typically, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm



·       Exposure to environment typically found in an office building

·       Possible exposure to short-tempered or aggressive people




Physical Requirements

·       Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction.

·       Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound

·       Visual requirements including color, depth perception, and field vision

·       Ability to compare, copy, coordinate, synthesize, negotiate, communicate, and instruct

·       Ability to tolerate stressful situations

·       Ability to work under minimal to moderate supervision
