Position Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN) is responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians orders for each individual patient while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times.

San Fran- Male 20 years old- Gtube, 24.7 O2

San Fran- Female 60 years old- Quadriplegic, ADL's

San Fran- Male 65 year old- ADL's

LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSE (LVN) QUALIFICATIONS:
* Current CA Nurse License.
* 1 year of experience is PLUS NOT REQUIRED.
* We accept NEW GRADS under the Flex Waiver Program. In order to qualify you need 2 signed letters of recommendation AND you must be approved for position by local, federal and accreditation authority.
