Clinical Case Manager (RN)

We are adding a Clinical Case Manager/ Nursing Supervisor to our clinical team in Loveland, Colorado, where they will have the opportunity to spend quality time developing our Field Staff and monitoring our clinical excellence. Schedule: Monday – Friday *rotating on call (could also include evening/weekend visits)

Work Location: Combination of Aveanna Loveland, Loveland Pt Homes, Remote

Compensation: $65,000 to $68,500 annual salary, plus monthly incentive potential, *Cell Phone and Mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities of the Nursing Supervisor:

  • Promote the level of clinical expertise required of staff to provide safe, high quality nursing care
  • Review physicians’ orders and update the plans of care and documentation, as necessary
  • Assist with Interviewing, selecting, training and validation of new clinical staff
  • Participating in the release of our patients from the facility to their Home through Start of Care Assessments and Re-evaluations
  • Collaborating with the operations and business development team
  • Internal case management, evaluation and development of field nursing staff
  • Must be able to travel to patients’ homes in designated territory
  • Ensure adherence to State, Federal, Local and Aveanna policies and procedures

Qualifications of the Nursing Supervisor:

  • Must have good standing license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Must have at least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, must pass MVR check
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must be willing to supervise nurses providing in home skilled nursing care to infants, children, adolescents and/or adults
