<div><p>JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY<br>The Client Service Coordinator (formerly Program Coordinator) is responsible for processing client referrals, care provider information packets, and client authorizations. The Client Service Coordinator (formerly Program Coordinator) facilitates service provision for a client/ family from the initial referral to the point where the client and their care provider are submitting time cards for payment. This role is also responsible for entering time cards every pay cycle.

A Client Service Coordinator (formerly Program Coordinator) is a primary point of contact for Aveanna clients and helps to grow and maintain relationships with our clients, care providers and referral sources.</p><p><br>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES<br>1. Adhere to Aveanna's Core Values<br>2. Answer and transfer calls on our multi-line phone system<br>3.

Process referrals, care provider applications, and authorizations<br>4. Process time cards for each of our payroll cycles<br>5. Meet timecard deadline for assigned Regional Center<br>6.

Follow up with regional centers, families, and care providers as needed to execute duties<br>7. Resolve payroll and information packet issues or concerns<br>8. Run monthly CPR/FA expiration reports for care providers<br>9.

Follow up with inactive families referred within the previous year<br>10. Assist with general office correspondence and answer all direct correspondence<br>11. Assists clients in the office with questions, inquiries, and paperwork<br>12.

Prioritize tasks from supervisors and managers<br>13. Effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.<br>14. Some college or Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.<br>2. Minimum of one year of payroll and/or customer service experience within the last four years<br>3.

Excellent interpersonal skills; self-driven, motivated and results oriented<br>4. Strong analytical and judgment skills<br>5. Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Aveanna's proprietary computer programs.<br>6.

Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks simultaneously; strong organizational skills<br>7.
