We’re one of the area’s top Managed Technology Services Firms and we’re looking for our next Service Coordinator / Dispatcher. We are seeking a motivated person with awesome people skills, strong communication abilities and, most importantly, the desire to help others and make a real difference when clients need assistance, to join our team.
You’ll work from our comfortable offices located in Tacoma WA. As Service Coordinator you’ll be the first person to receive and evaluate IT support requests via email, phone and/or other methods. You will develop the preliminary plan to assist clients and as Dispatcher you’ll assign Service Technicians and Engineers to perform IT support and maintenance. You’ll enjoy frequent contact with customers, direct reports, peers, and vendors.
The Service Coordinator / Dispatcher position requires that you quickly identify user needs, help develop potential solutions and always maintain our high level of customer satisfaction. You’ll be in one of the primary positions for our team so you must be a self-starter as well as a great problem solver.
The Service Coordinator / Dispatcher Position:
Communicate with clients via email, phone and/or other methods.
Work with clients to ensure client satisfaction and resolve IT problems.
Evaluate and prioritize IT support response and ensure service level compliance.
Schedule remote and on-site support and participate in on-boarding of new clients.
Participate and conduct staff meetings and assist in maintaining company records and client billing.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:
3 or more years customer service experience
Ability to pass a vocabulary exam with common IT related words
Ability to pass a grammar and writing test
Proven ability to multitask and make decisions in complex, dynamic work environment
Ability to demonstrate proficiency with standard business software
Ability to work as scheduled sitting, using a keyboard, and speaking on the phone
